  1. Return and Exchange Conditions

    The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
    All accessories, labels, and instructions must be returned together (if applicable).
    Some products (such as personalized orders, custom products) may not be eligible for return and exchange conditions, please consult customer service before purchasing.
    1.2 Time Limit
    You have 7 days to apply for a return or exchange from the date you receive the product.
    Requests after 7 days will no longer be accepted.

    Provide the order number and purchased product information, as well as the reason for the return or exchange.
    2.2 Approval received
    We will contact you within 2-3 business days after the application is submitted to confirm the return or exchange request.
    2.3 Return the product
    Send the product back to the designated address according to the confirmed instructions. Please make sure to use a reliable shipping service to avoid loss during transportation.
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless we send the wrong product or the product is defective.
  3. Refund Policy

    Once we receive the returned product and confirm that its condition meets the return and exchange conditions, we will refund you in full and the refund will be processed through your original payment method.
    The refund processing time is usually 5-10 business days, depending on the processing speed of your bank.
    3.2 Exchange product
    If you want to exchange the same product for a different color, it will be processed according to the normal return process after the application is approved, and you can place a new order after receiving the refund.
  4. Damaged or defective goods
    If the product you received was damaged during transportation or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us in time. We will provide you with hassle-free exchange or refund service.
